Weston Lakes

Nestled among the gently rolling hills and stately old pecan trees, Weston Lakes is a 1,400 acre planned community featuring 24-hr guard gated entry, 18 hole championship golf course and country club surrounded by miles of sparkling lakes stocked with trophy sized fish.

 Weston Lakes is located in the quiet town of Fulshear, a leisurely 20 minute drive from Highway 6, and easily accessible from 1-10, Highway 59 and the Grand Parkway.

Projects in Weston Lakes

Charming homes appointed with many elegant details including custom crafted wood appointments throughout. Ranch style homes combine the cozy feel of a mountain cabin with the space of a large luxury home. Vaulted ceilings and a remarkable great room make a comfortable home that feels like a vacation retreat.

KMY Professional Buildings

Building Features: This 12,0000 square foot, multi-tenant professional building complex is located in Northwest Houston. Stunning architecture and functional design make this unique building a real treasure! Completion date set for Fall 2010.

Assisted Living Facilities

Building Features: This 4,000 square foot , multi resident assisted living facility is located in Katy.  We designed, remodeled and ensured all inspections were passed as the grand opening of Always Home at Saddlehorn approached. The project was completed in January 2010.
